It's so nice to be back with all things familiar again.
Sometimes i wonder if change will become familiar and i will find the familiar too boring

Well it's all over now and I'm adjusting to life with my flatmates back in Bris again. I knew it would happen one day, just not so soon; lots of students in my yr8 maths and 12 trade and business class totally paid no attention to me or the work they were meant to be doing. I had to discipline several students. I think it is the first time in my life I have ever had to tell someone that what they were doing was totally disrespectful and careless of everyone around them. Normally with adults I don't bother because they should know better. But with little 13yr olds I decided something needed to be said and I gave the class a 2 minute lecture on respecting one another. And I finally sent a student out of my class to the Responsible Thinking Classroom, he was not happy at all. I have finally begun the journey of becoming a teacher. I should not have been so lenient early on, as with my supervisor absent for the last 3 days the kids really tried to run wild on me. They thought I was a better teacher than their regular teacher because I didn't make them work so hard. Little do they know what I have learnt from them for next time I'm back there :)
