Walls
Sometimes there are walls that you just can't climb. Sometimes you know how to go around instead. Sometimes you know how to edge along to an easier route. But often it seems the brain refuses to recognise the solution. And one can remain frozen unable even to retreat. So stubborn the brain can be.
