packing
today my possessions were prepared for packing.
the move to be made tomorrow when they are collected
by removalists and packed into boxes to travel
through time and space as the goods move to another locale.

reap what you sow (not, rip what you sew)
this evening i am the proud parent of 7 bulbs of fresh garlic. the garden has been growing, garlic cloves were put in and full garlic bulbs have come out. i'm impressed as an earlier garlic experiment failed. i think it had something to do with the variety. and there is some ginger still in the oven, growing all noduley and old and hopefully very delicious and prolific.
