didnt know what you were talking about here at first...but then caught on. we two are teachers. it will never get easier, and you will never feel like you are doing a fantastic job...but....if you are asking yourself the questions you are, you have the makings of a very good reflective teacher. keep up the spirited approach. kia kaha
