ode to a haiku

the perfect pancake
in hope that one may be found

Comments:
PANCAKES

1 egg
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 to 1 cup milk and buttermilk (about 40/60)
3/4 to 1 cup SR flour (half normal, half wholemeal)

beat egg and sugar
add buttermilk/milk in small amounts alternately with SR flour until right consistancy

Leave mixture for approx 30 minutes if time allows.

Cook over med-high heat, using butter to grease the pan.

Serve with maple syrup and crispy bacon.
